Adventure through forest, a labyrinth, and finally an epic overlook accompanied by an outdoor summer feast prepared by Chef Nick of Mangalista and Chef Austin, formerly of Momofuku Ko, highlighting the best local produce and protein of summer.

A deep snow wander through open fields and sugar maples, that emerges at a rolling sugar shack—complete with an outdoor fondue cauldron—before finally sitting down for an alpine feast prepared by Chef Matt Corrente from the newly-minted Arcadian.
